Program roadmap & phasing

Project briefing:

Delivery of Transformation of North American Online Banking Platform for client’s customers and Customer Service Agents’ (CSA) account management portal. Definition of business strategy, platform requirements, technical capabilities and user experience/interfaces.

My role:

Product Manager and Business Analyst working with client SME on Agile delivery of user stories and backlog prioritization for Customer Service Agent platform to enable account management.

Team leadership in Agile delivery and ceremonies and coaching of junior client SME in aligning features to overall business and platform strategy as well as delivery methodology

Leadership of requirements gathering workshops and consistent, exemplary documentation of feature user stories in Jira/Confluence for consumption by technical teams for delivery

Successfully shipped CSA platform to client’s employee base to improve their ability to service customer accounts
