Canadian Insurance Company – Digital Transformation
Project briefing:
The client, a Canadian Insurance Company, was looking to expand their digital presence with a customer self-service platform on desktop, mobile and tablet. The platform enabled the client’s customers to view and manage their Home and Auto policies online.
My role:
Quality Assurance and leadership for product requirements gathering, processes and documentation across 5 scrum teams to ensure alignment to client’s go-to-market strategy, company delivery methodology and Agile delivery practices.
Coaching and leadership of Agile ceremonies for a delivery that was brand new to Agile delivery with junior Product Owners
Provided clarity on Product Strategy to enable Digital Transformation team to successfully ship MVP
Worked collaboratively via workshops, meetings and brainstorming sessions with SMEs to elicit requirements and then documented user stories in Jira/Confluence, working with a multi-disciplinary team of UX/UI designers, developers, QA testers and client Product Owners
