Project briefing:
Migration of billing system, post-merger & acquisition. Data and process migration with challenging personnel issues in a difficult political climate and geographically dispersed client team.
My role:
Rapid identification of process optimization with communication of migration plan
Team leadership and guidance in supporting significant process and behavioural changes for client enabling engagement and adoption of new tools
Successful migration of data and adoption of reporting tool through full documentation of old process and mapping to new resources with production of training materials and communications plan for client’s user base
Empathy for client’s end users through a challenging phase and communicating to alleviate uncertainty and lack of familiarity with the new way of working
